Early
in Jason's life he realized the power of laughter.
At a young age he would hold comical performances
for his mother and anyone else that would watch.
He and his friends would make skateboarding movies
with his uncle's video camera, documenting his antics
for later exhibition (what a ham!). As a teen, he
progressed as a skateboarder, eventually attracting
attention from popular skateboard companies. While
entering skateboarding competitions, he realized
how much he loved performing in front of crowds.
It was during rehabilitation for a broken arm that
Jason found that the intricacies of sleight of hand
helped advance his physical therapy. Soon he had
the same passion for magic that he had for skateboarding
and also learned a new way to show off. After recovery,
he continued working hard to perfect his new hobby.
He would practice moves, tricks and a host of new
abilities almost compulsively until he achieved
perfection.

In 1996, Jason
took his love of entertaining to an entirely new level
when he began working as a professional entertainer.
Beginning his career in his hometown of Baltimore,
Maryland, and performing mostly magic, Jason quickly
learned that being a successful performer wasn't as
much about executing the perfect magic trick, as it
was about connecting with his audience and using his
natural talent for making those around him laugh.
He learned to take that connection and combine it
with the technical skills he had taken so long to
perfect. At this point, Jason realized he could successfully
combine his two favorite activities, skateboarding
and entertaining into what is now his popular festival
and street show. |

Jason
brings smiles and laughter to cities across America
and hopes that the laughter he so passionately inspires
will spread.
